Problem Solving 101: Puzzle Piece or Puzzle Peace?
When facing a problem, it is often helpful to take a step back and ask if it is indeed your problem to solve. If the problem is not directly affecting you, you have a choice about whether (and to what extent) to become involved. And it's perfectly okay to decide not to get involved - if so, go ahead and release that piece for its rightful owner to claim. And if it is your problem to solve, then approach it knowing that this is but one of many opportunities in life to bring you to your peace. Even the messiest problems will do this if you allow yourself to go deep into the process and extract the core meaning of the experience.
